Patrols are logged using mobile device workflow management software and patrols times, occurences and reports are also recorded and generated using guard tour software.

As part of the management team, CRG has qualified social workers and security staff that are qualified in working with children and young people. This ensures that CRG is uniquely placed to work with schools and colleges. Our staff have the knowledge and experience to be able to deal professionally and appropriately with potential conflict situations involving young people.

Residential and rural patrols.

CRG offers a unique street patrol service. With the current demands on police resources we have found that we are being deployed to work as the eyes and ears of the local police service. Our staff are from former police and military backgrounds and provide a local patrol officer approach to crime prevention. We patrol residential areas and rural villages in order to provide and highly visible security presence. Statistically this has proven to be a very good deterrent and has had positive feedback from residents and crime prevention officers. Residents have commented that although this service comes at a cost, collectively it is a small amount for the peace of mind of having a professional security service working pro-actively against crime in their local area.
